Why is my order still processing?
    Our system may take up to 3 business days to process your payment.
      When will my order be shipped?
        Your order will ship the next business day after it has been processed.
          How long until I get my tracking number?
            You should receive your tracking number via email the same day your package leaves our warehouse.
              How long until I receive my item?
                Since we ship from several different warehouses, each item has a different average shipping time. If you scroll to the bottom of the product description you purchased, you will see a shipping section including the average shipping time for that product.

                    Where is my tracking number?

                    Our system will send out an automated email including your tracking number and where to view your tracking details once it's shipped. Please be sure to check your spam folders if you cannot find it in your inbox.

                    Can I cancel or modify my order?
                      Yes, but only if it has not left our warehouse yet. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are then unable to modify, customize, or cancel your order as it is already in shipment. Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
                        Can I have a refund / return my item?
                          Yes, please refer to our returns/refund policy for more information
                            Can I exchange my item?
                              Yes, but only if your product is broken. If you receive a broken or damaged product you have up to 2 days from your confirmed delivery date to request an exchange. An exchange can only be for the exact same item you purchased and cannot be swapped out for a different item or a different variant/color. You will be required to ship your item back before receiving the replacement. To proceed with an exchange, please contact us below with your order number and what is broken with your item. Providing images of the damaged product is required.
                                Why wasn't one of my discounts applied to my order?
                                  We only allow the use of 1 discount offer per order. Whether that is our quantity discount, one of our daily discount codes, or a discount you received from a promotional order. Typing in a new discount code to your order in checkout will remove the previous applied discount and replace it with the newly added one.
